It's highly likely that I will be teaching Computer Architecture (Organization) in Fall 2014. I see so many possibilities with Galileo. If I were to teach it, I would use "Computer Systems: A Programmer's Perspective, 2/E, by Randal E. Bryant and David O'Halloran (of CMU) because it has an Intel focus. For example, much of the text makes use of x68 (-64 in the latest edition). Has anyone developed college-level projects to demostrate architectural features? If so, I would like to include the in my curriculum.
Thank you!
