On all of my PCs and Laptops, I have either Windows 8.1 or Windows 7. I have only IE11. I do not have any version of Java installed, as it is not needed. The Intel Driver Update Utility works fine on my systems.
My only suggestion at this time is to have the Intel Support Staff in Software Services help with issues regarding the Intel Driver Update Utility.
